This is xanthalesma palpebrum which is deposition of fat around eyelids.
Can be treated with Trichloroacetic acid spot application or by radio-frequency ablation machine.
This could be Xanthelasma. They are yellowish plaques that occur most commonly near the inner canthus of the eyelid, more often on the upper lid than the lower lid. Xanthelasma palpebrarum is the most common cutaneous xanthoma. Xanthelesma occurs in patient with hyperlipidemia. About half the people with xanthelasma have high cholesterol. You're more likely to get these growths if you have: High LDL cholesterol. It can be controlled with peels and electrocautery. Consult a Dermatologist for the same.
