Quickly formed bubbles with clear liqued

Asked for Male, 28 Years

I have noticed that few red color bubbles formed on skin especially on Chest, shoulder and hands (Only few - May be 10-12) but it just started as a red and quickly changed to the bubble, once it broken i am feeling like painful. Is it a normal allergy or can be the symptoms of any other degases, So what i have to do?
