I am feeling Nauseastic after taking 3rd vaccine ot ARV what to do i have taken 5 doses of ARV previously this year now again i have taken 3 doses of ARV and i feel unwell what should i do

This is very common after taking 3rd dose of ARV in paitents,what I prescribe my paitents is a low calorie diet for a few days and CAP.PANTOPRAZOLE PLUS DOMPERIDONE xBD for 3 days and it usually subsides,otherwise it will go away itself don't need to worry.
