Rash like Bumps
About 1 week or so ago I began to have some sort of breakout, rash, or reaction. It started on one section of my neck, moved to my chest, and my right jaw line. Just yesterday, it began to spread under my chin. They are tiny groups of flesh colored bumps. However, the areas that cover them are darker than my skin tone (I am African American if that matters). They also itch, at a moderate level so far.
