Rashes and boils on hands

Asked for Male, 46 Years

Having red rashes on back of both palms, minute boils in between fingers and on palms,3 days. Taken cetirizine, fexinol and Itracanazole applied applies clotrimazole and Terbinafine 1day..no major relief.
