Rashes near eye
Constantly rough and dry skin arises near right eye. it seems it is a kind of infection. i am not getting whether to consult eye specialist or skin specialist for that. please suggest.

You can visit an ophthalmologist if it's on the lid margins. If the lid margins are normal and only the skin part is affected then you can visit a dermatologist.
