Hello doc! I am a 26 year old male. I got a regular test for hiv 5 times & other Std's including 4th generation for hiv that came non reactive.previously (2 months ago) I got rashes with itching and sometimes I got white cheezy like substance on the penis head. After consulting a doc here he clarified that it is a fungal infection. 4 th generation hiv was done on 12 july 24 with 0.41 non reactive. But now on and off i get rashes and itching on the penile head. Off late i am having red rashes on the penis head but no itching. I am concerned please guide. Can weather change cause such rashes or infection ? Should I be bothered about HIV even if it is non reactive in 4th generation test.
Thankyou

Hi, what is not clear is When was the exposure. That would define the right time of doing the HIV screening and which tests to be done. Regarding symptoms it looks like frank STI and STDs screening usually doesn’t include all tests. Better to share the results and pictures of lesion for the right treatment
