Rashes on the back of neck

Hi, I've experienced roughness on back of my neck and I am not able to understand whether it's because of the heat or some other issue. I've attached self taken pictures of the affected area. Kindly advise. Thanks and regards

Hello The infection is tinea versicolor. It's a fungal infection. U need to get proper treatment for it.
