RBC level low in cancer patient
Sir/ma'am My father report of CBC is attached, he is cancer patient of SCC bucal mucosa stage 4a . This is the first time his RBC has dropped. He is in last week of treatment of post surgery CTRT, only 1 chemo and 3 radiotherapy IGRT remaining. He has started feeling of pain in throat and has also complaint of feeling less hungry by 50%. Does this mean the cancer has spread now during the treatment? Kindly guide we are worried

Nothing to serious with that report. All it's due to side effects of Chemo-radiation. Nothing to worry. He will be alright.
