I have done my RCT last may 2017 a year back... Slowly slowly with time the base was removing.. and now 90% of the base is removed.. can you please suggest me what should I do and if I can put the base again and how much it will cost.

If costing is bothering u, u will lose the tooth. Get a beautiful tooth matching crown on it immediately. Your dentist will himself put the base.
Get bothered about saving tooth. Losing tooth will cost more.
