I am having heavy pain after my first visit re rct.
I called my dentist told regarding the pain then he called for re examine. He found that 2 canals were not cleaned properly. After cleaning doctor insert some medicine in canals & at that time I felt heavy pain. But after 2 days also I am having wearable pain. Also when I touch the tooth I feel the pain. My doctor is saying root is cleaned but don't know why you are getting pain. He suggested to go for tooth extraction if pain didn't subside.

First of all, the adjacent tooth which is d 2nd molar also has deep caries, plz ask ur dentist to check it as well.
Secondly, the 1 st molar has abscess under d roots along with furcation involvement.
To save the tooth and reduce pain, copious irrigation during retreatment sould be done.
Also, Periodontal Flap Surgery with/without bone graft should be performed since the tooth has furcation involvement.
Next Steps
Please visit any nearby clinic to meet an Endodontist ( RCT specialist ) and also a Periodontist ( Gum Specialist ) who can rightly help u out.

Infection between d roots is present which we call as furcation involvement. Will advice for extraction as, it is a re rct as well as compromised so its prognosis is questionable.
If the tooth which is with the bridge attached on it is the above mentioned tooth, it has all chances of having a an infection beneath it as the xray shows infection in the bone between the two roots which is known as furcation area. Also the incomplete root canal filling shows incomplete rct.
Next Steps
It would be better to remove the tooth as it having furcation involvement.
