How to find the spherical equivalent( including cylinder) in terms of -D power if I have both spherical and cylindrical? If the prescription is as below:
Left eye sph -4.5 Cyl -3.5 axis 10
Right eye sph -4 cyl -3 axis 180
What is the spherical equivalent? Should I add both spherical and cylindrical power together? What is the formula?
