Reccuring allergies - losing smell
I have recurring allergies since 6 months. Sneezing, dry and wet nose, runny nose, headaches, itching throat and loss of smell 4-5 days after symptoms occur.

U can controll ua symptoms with avoidance of the offending allergens like dust, pollens cold air etc. and intermittent use of steroids nasal sprays antihistamines and very occasional oral low dose steroids keeping in mind the contraindications.
