Receding Hair line and excess hair fall

Hi, I'm facing the hair fall problem from past few years and now I'm not able to control that, will a hair spa work for it? Or should I go for any medical treatment.

If hairfall is soo severe there much be some internal cause.. u need to be investigated.. consult dermatologist and get the treatment required
