Recovery after ear surgery
I had an ear surgery ( Attico autrostomy canal wall down) 2 months before. I am perfectly all right. Can I join gym now?

You seem to have had cholesteatoma for which surgery known as attico antrostomy has been done. If it's already two months and you do not have issues like ear discharge and ear pain you can definitely join gym as gymming is not going to interfere with your ear in any way.
Next Steps
You need to avoid entry of water into the ear. Other than that all activities can be done
