Hi, I am having rectum pain from around 1 month. When passing stool there is too much pain. What is the issue and which doctor should I consult.

Hey, you have pain on defecation ,it could be anal fissure, have soft food items, avoid spicy , High fat containing foods ,avoid junk foods. Digital rectal examination has to be done ,consult surgeon.
