Recurrent anal fissures and stenosis
I am having anal fissure and anal stenosis since 2 years now. Anal fissure is repeatedly happening. Also I have abdomen pain after I have bowel movement. Will anal fissure heal if anal dilation is done naturally? As I have read repeated fissures and healing cause occurrence of scaf tissue. Kindly suggest how to do anal dilation at home.
