There is a chance of healthy pregnancy. Apart from Ana positive , how are your other parameters ? We need to start you on injections like clexane and if required even immune therapy. But this advice is considering the Ana positive group of patients in general. You need an individualised mode of treatment. Also get your amh tested as it’s usually low in Ana positive.
