Recurring fever after exercising-cycling
From last 1 year. I have been trying to lose weight and i have lost like 13-14kgs of weight. Sometime i go for run and sometimes for cycling. But after an intense run(3.5km) or cycle ride(30km). I start having intense fatigue and then start to have fever like symptoms. Symptoms are- chills, weakness, back pain, hips pain, gas problems, constipation. Paracetamol like dolo or crocin doesnot work only nimuslide works but that also for 1-2 days. And fever start coming back again. This has happened with me like 5-6 times this year. And everytime this has happened, i have done a strenous exercise before that. I don't have any sore throat, nose block. I also have a nutrient rich meal after workout like overnight oat meal with tons of dry fruits. While fever i get my blood reports checked. Typhoid was negative. But my platlets were like 5000-6000less than the required platlets. Please help. What should i do?

I think you are working out excessively Which can damage the muscles in the body Please reduce the intensity of your workouts and see if fever recurs You can repeat cbc once and see Most likely the platelets will be normal
