Hey doctor. Why do i have recurring mouth ulcers like in every 10-15 days? What could be the possible reason?

Hello ma'am,
Mouth ulcer can be due to multiple reasons like stress, traumatic bite, vitamin deficiency, dry mouth etc.
It usually resolves in a weeks time, but it's recurring again then do consult dentist immediately
Health Tips
1. Consume water and fluids.
2. Topical application of metrogyl or dentogel
3. Avoid hot and spicy food.

Yes, the most likely reasons for recurrent ulcers are sharp teeth, vitamin deficiency, inadequate water intake, fear or anxiety.
Visit the dentist for any sharp teeth or any other. Drink adequate water and take a balanced diet.

Hey
If it’s recurring it could be because of ur diet..avoid taking too much of acidic things..are you on any medications..?
Another reason could be if your wisdom tooth doesn’t have proper space when u bite u end have having cheekbite which can also cause ulcer
Next Steps
Get it checked once - the dentist will also check for any sharp cusps of the tooth which is causing it to come again and again. Also if u take too much of stress..stop that
