My sister is diagnosed with tb miliary. she got home from 1 week stay at the hosp. she is taking meds but still gets fever at night afternoon or early dawn. is the meds not working? just tonight temp is 38.6

IT'S MOST DANGEROUS IN TUBERCULOSIS GROUP.
IT WILL TAKE TIME LIKE 45- 60DAYS.IN RARE CASES A BIT EARLIER.
PROPER CARE DIET, REST IS VERY IMPORTANT.
HAVE PATIENCE. FEVER MEANS AFB LIVE IS THEIR AS WELL AS THE TOXINS OF DEAD ONE ALSO CAUSE FEVER SO FEVER IS HIGH.
WHO EVER TAKING CARE MUST BE CAREFUL WITH HAND WASH, MASK ETC.
