Red acne or white bumps on baby face or
Hello sir
My female baby aged is 20 days only
From the 3 Rd day of birth she have facing red acne or white little bumps on her face,chest hand or her feet too.
Doctor has advised atarax drops .
I have given daily 5 drops of atarax drops
But there is no sign of it is working like that.
Pls help sir
What should I do for baby care.

Stop atarax,no role.
This is simple infantile eczema,will keep appearing and disappearing by itself,and lasts about a year.
Whenever it's moderate to severe,stop oil massage and apply elovera cream twice a day till resolution.
For severe cases,atonide gel can be used,but usually not required.
