Red bumps dry skin on nose and area near

Asked for Female, 29 Years

I have red skin with small bumpy skin on nose and face area near nose. When its light red skin dry like dandruff and peels off. And skin area that is red is like patch that keeps on getting red dry. I used lotion, betadine, betax, oil but this is jot curing. It feels better when i appy these things but comes again
