Allergy is not a temporary problem . It is very common and seasonal in children. It needs proper precautions to keep it under control. Taking treatment once will not cure it completely. You need to make sure that the child doesn’t play in dusty environment and allergy could be due to many reasons. Try to restrict pollen/ flowering plants inside house and completely avoid cat or dog pet fur inside the house. try to use clean /filtered water while taking head bath alone
Next Steps
Consult if any questions / medication prescription

Hello ,, allergy is a common condition in a lot of children . It’s like asthma with it’s remission and exacerbation. It’s an irritating problem but not a serious problem . Usually drops take cate of the problem , but apart from that it is better that the child does not play in dusty environment, avoid sour food items like tamarind , lemon , oranges , amla . These are all additional precautions. The mainstay treatment still remain drops and hence I would suggest that you should bring the patient for consultation.
