My 8 yr old has red rashes on face on cheeks n around mouth.apart from this he has no symptoms.me n my husband r covid positive and he is living with us since 6 days..pls guide n suggest medicine if any

Rashes could be a sign of covid infection as per new guidelines. No need to panic just give symptomatic management and start oral antibiotics.

Get him tested for RTPCR COVID SWAB
START
TAB.AZEE 250 MG 1 tab once a day for 5 days after lunch
Tab.Dolo 650mg half tablet sos if fever >100f
Syp. Ascoril LS 7.5ml 3 times a day if cough is present
Syp. Becosule /Bcomplex 5ml 2times a day for 15days.
Health Tips
Just isolate for 14 days total and then come out of quarantine.
