Red rashes starting to appear on neck

Hi, i had white rashes on my chest and back since 4 years but now red rashes also started coming up around my neck. i had tried some cream lotions for white spots before but it came back again then i started ignoring them. i have ear pain also sometimes and also liquid wax comes when i put finger in ear. i am losing my body hairs(rapidly from head) since 4 years. My daily routine is bad in terms of sleep timings. what tests are required to be done. also can it be thyroid problem
