Red spot inside eye
Yesterday while I was playing with my kid I hurt myself with my finger and later I saw a red spot in my eye on the white part. It is not so painful I have a clear vision and I can easily more my eye right and left without any pain. But sometime I have a mild pain when I open and close the eye.

This is suggestive of sub conjunctival hemorrhage
It usually resolves without treatment
Having said that,it is provisional diagnosis.kindly share photos of your eye so that i may guide you better
