Red spots all over

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Red spots started of as small red boils having pus. Settled after using betnovate. Then have valanext 1000 prescribed by doctor. Increased in number and size after medication. Now there is itching and pain. Pls tell what is this and how to treat. Is it viral infection only
