It's probably a fungal infection sir..  if u haven't been taking any medicines for it .. it's the best time to start now .. proper treatment for a proper period of time can help relieve it...

kindly take medicines (ointments) for the appropriate period of time... improper treatment will lead to recurrent infection and scarring of the foreskin and finally u might need a circumcision surgery because of improper management

It’s a balanoprosthitis following tight fire skin need some test . And best treatment is circumcision . Check your hba1c whether you have hyperglycemia or not even get check if your partner for any infection
