Reflux treatment
Hello doctor my baby was 3 weeks old new born he is suffering from reflux he feels always feeding i feed him such a long time every halfn hr he feed and then burp after 5 min he again feel feeding why is it so and also he feel badly cramps and vomit please suggest some tips he is also sleeping inclined position but then also he is facing problem

It's regurgitation of milk common in overfeeding don't feed him frequently and for long time. Keep a gap of 1.5 to 2hour gap between feeding Burp well after completing the feed

Feed for lesser time at one go, post feed give burp gor 20 min at least Keep the baby up on shoulder after feed

As baby is newborn its always better to consult directly. Reflux is a common problem. Positioning is the key for that. Medicines are given only if wt gain is affected. Many things need to be checked for proper treatment. So meet your pediatrician there.

Cramps how you came to know baby has cramps. Suffering from reflex  how you came to know. Ii n general babies will have regurgitation since oesophagealbsphincter week .gets better by growth , keep head end elevated after feed and during sleep .
