Hi my kid is 3 months 1 week old. He is on breast feed full.. From yesterday he goes loose stools which is green colour.. What does it mean... If burp comes means his tummy is full or not... I'm worried on this please help

Normal  stool Burp means food gone down to stomach and air is released
