  4. Regarding an unhealing wound. Could be?

Regarding an unhealing wound
2 weeks ago I had a wart like structure on my hand, it was a little lighter in colour than my skin and it was shining a bit too. While bathing I rubbed it mistakenly and then later for some time some water was coming out from it, now that place not healing(since last 3-4 days its the same). Please refer to the attached photo(s) and please guide me about what it could be?
