Regarding blood test
Actually I just want to know after rtpcr results negative do I need another test like D dimer, IL6,CPR LDL test to completely confirm that no virus infection inside me.why nowdays some people having these test.what is the significance of these test.Right now I don't have any symptom and no problem related to heath.Please reply

This is the reason why consultation is necessary as treatment and tests for every person depends, same treatment cant be given to every person

If you're asymptomatic than you no need to do further testing..these tests are done for covid positive patients.
