Regarding breathing issues
Asthma It's since my childhood used to take homeopathy treatment but was of no use and used to inhale puff n started inhaler, aerocarte forte ,from class of 5 nowadays since couple of years I find to much difficulty in breathing can't climb one floor, shortness of breath can't run few steps again find difficult in breathing, can't touch little of oily food n Dairy products like having cheesy n ghee again I find difficult in breathing , until I take inhalers I find it to be difficult, and I particularly get severe headache at a point, IS THIS Asthma or COPD

Hi It seems like you have asthma. Take a pulmonary function test with reversibility, assess the problem, adjust to dose. You will be alright.
