Regarding heart rate monitoring
Hello doctor, Can I completely or partially rely on heart Rate monitor of my mi band 4 because today at some point of time my band is showing my heart rate at least 57.

If you have no symptoms and you are athletic, heart rate as low as 50 is acceptable.
