Regarding my chest muscles problem
When I walk my chest muscle become heavy and muscle get tighten,it is happening since 3 month when I left my weight lifting,now I don't able to walk properly,now it feel heavy while I am seating..I checked my heart(ECG,echo, TMT,holter) everything is normal...pls help it is really uncomfortable.

Since u have are haemodynamically stable and all ur records are good as per physician it's mostly thoracic dysfunction leads to restriction of ribs expansion which prevents proper breathing pattern .so kindly consult a physiotherapist or chiropractor
