Regarding pregnancy
Hello doctor, I am 31 female, Missed my period this month on 8th March,did prega test was it shows positive test. But I am getting stomach cramps too 2 to 3 times in a day. If  is it sure pregnancy or only delayed period because of cramps?? KindlyPlease respond. Also attaching my test pic.

The kit is positive for pregnancy. You need to start folic acid tablet immediately Mild pain is acceptable in pregnancy however if the pain is severe you need to get examined You should also get a sonography done to check for well being of the baby
