No my period is always in time, this month only delay but cramping from 1 week and today light bleeding

If u r hvng delayed periods with cramps do a urine pregnancy test to rule put pregnancy. Other causes cn be pcos , thyroid disorders , ovarian cysts , polyps , fibroids , hormonal imbalance etc.
