Regarding seizures
My baby girl one year 5 months old. We r giving her valparin syrup due to seizures. But at times she gets very tired does not respond to us. She's conscious. The intensity of seizures have reduced but monthly she gets exhausted suddenly and sleeps. Doctor told we must change the medicine. We are much concerned. We have no seizures in our family history. Why does it effect our baby?, pls guide

Needs to be evaluated and EEG and valparin levels can be done for dose adjustment. Consult Pediatrician

Those tired episodes might b seizures so baby may need detailed evaluation to know the cause like brain imaging, blood tests and EEG can occur in babies without any family history of seizures
