Hi,
I recently quit the habit of chewing masala and controlled over coffee consumption. I have bad stains on teeth. Can it be removed via teeth cleaning or whiting.

Quite a lot of the stains will get removed by scaling and polishing but some which have gone deep inside ,won't go with scaling. You can consider bleaching but even that might not help remove tough stains

Yes, the external stains can be cleaned with scaling (or teeth cleaning) and polishing with prophylactic paste. If there are internal stains after scaling then teeth bleaching (or whitening ) can be done to get your original tooth shade back. Visit your nearby dentist for the same.
