Regarding travel during pregnancy
I am in my 7th week of pregnancy. Can I travel on 12th week (end of 3rd month) or on 4th month? Please advise what foods and fruits to be taken during pregnancy.

At the end od of 3 months your level 1 scan will be done and placental position seen. This will decide the safety for travelling. If you don't have any nausea you can take all types of fruits and vegetables with lot of water. Thanks.
