I am having weak Urine Flow as per my age. And after doing cystoscopy doctor found that my urethral external sphincters doesn't relax regularly while urination. So doctor has given me medicine to relax urethral sphincter muscle. Due to that I have pelvic floor pain. So is there any daily exercise or physiotherapy to make strong this muscles.

Yes, there are special kind of exercise which u can start. For this 1st u hv to consult with physiotherapist . These exercises help to strengthen ur pelvic floor muscle. After that ur pain will be gone away
