My wife is pregnant. She has been facing some pain in stomach , some vommitting and also some pain in legs.

Hello
During first trimester (first 3 months ) of pregnancy vomiting , mild abdominal pain ,
Weakness, loss of appetite or decreased appetite etc - are all common .
But if severe complaints are there , then consult your gynecologist for further advice.
She should eat more fruits and vegetables.
She should drink more water or liquids in the form of fresh juices lemon water coconut water etc.
Avoid heavy exercises.
