I am suffering from belching problem whenever i belch activity happen i feel pain just below my lungs i can at diaphragm part. And whenever i eat food i feel pain at the same part. It is happening with me from last week .

These are signs of acute Gastritis. Needs proper treatment.
Avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.
Plant based diet Should be learnt and FOLLOWED.
