Before 11 years I had done the surgery for fissure. after one year I started pain once again at anus internal & outer part skin near anus and continuing since then. I had consulted many doctor for the same. some said you have fissure some said you have piles. lastly before three years I have consulted one doctor who said you don't have any fissure and piles. the pain is because of first surgery which you had done for fissure. he said your skin in somehow damage near anus hence pain is continuing
