I don't know actually what is it but I'll try to explain it in a brief. I don't have any pain in the body but I feel a low level of pressure in left chest sometimes below, sometimes mid and top but the pain is constantly low which I could feel and in stomach it feels like a burning sensation just like acidity and the stomach always seems to be heated and the stool is light yellow.

Hi Sir,
what you are pointing out with your symptoms is along the line of Acid Reflux. It usually due to increased acid secretion in stomach or weak sphincters of the Oesophagus. This can be managed by Over the Counter Medicines rarely leading upto a surgical alternative.
Next Steps
Decrease sphincter relaxing foods like chocolate and coffee. Decrease acid producing food like spices and Oily Fried food
