Relation between stress and hairfall ??
I have doubt regarding the Relationship between stress,(hairfall & Grey hair).. Is that true if get any type of stress,that leads to hairfall and Grey hair? What hormones released if we get into stress? Is bad stress hormones really cause hairfall and Grey hair? Please clarify and give me your valuable answers

Stress affects absolutely every organ of the body. Its just that the skin and hair are what are visible. Increase stress can lead to hormonal imbalance, heart problems,  high BP, early ageing,  digestive system issues like IBS, headaches and many more problems. So try n keep calm and exercise, also get good amount of sleep. Avoid a lot of screen time. Sleep early, wake up early. Eat healthy nutritious food
