Hi, I have read ur question.from ur question, I find your behaviour quite normal & not uncommon. It is because you love him so much sincerely. The sincerity shown by you is what is lacking  these days. In any relationship,  communication is a necessity. So you must first share your problems with him. But do it calmly and tell him gently about your problem. Then ask him about his relationship with each person and confirm that it is not anything dangerous.Read the chat transcript only if he is comfortable to share.A committed person would not feel romantic even if chatting or talking with an ex. If it is okke, you can also try to befriend his female friends. This would relieve you of unwanted suspicion. Always remember that in a healthy relationship, you have to provide a breathing space to the other person. You must confirm that it is not a romantic relationship. Then don't worry.Give him his own space to talk with them. Now we can think about your sleeplessness, lack of self-confidence and self esteem.Tell him to spend the maximum time with you when he is around. Tell him to avoid phone as well as chat especially with these women when you are together. Find time for moments only for you. Try to do anything creative and find a busy schedule for yourself. Do whatever you like to do. Practice yoga and pranayam for better results. Daily exercise is a must.
Next Steps
if you are not OK with this.. both you and ur partner should visit a clinical psychologist for marital counselling..
