Don't worry
All these episodes only last for 2 -3 days only

Paracetmol drops if fever, pain, exessive cry, swelling over vaccination site
Keep ur baby well hydrated
Baby should pass minimum urine 6-8 times per day

No,don't apply anything except ice fomenting, that too if swelling is present, otherwise don't.
Just give paracetamol drops and repeat every 6 hours for 48 hours.
There could be pain and mild swelling over the site of vaccination along with fever...this all could last for 1 or 2 days...you can apply thrombophobe ointment if there is swelling over the injection site. You can give ice fermentation over the injection site thrice a day, followed with paracetamol drops thrice a day for 1 or 2 days for pain relief...baby will be alright in a day or 2 but swelling if there is any, could take a few more weeks to resolve, but will not trouble the baby.
