Remedy for Acne and acne scars
I have a sensitive and acne prone skin since teenage. Few months back I had chicken pox. All this has left red acne marks and small pits on the face. Recently I consulted a skin specialist, she advised amwill healthcare effervit vitamin c tablet which helped my skin heal. I used it for a month and can literally see the difference. Is it advisable to consume vitamin c tablets for a longer period? If so then can please suggest vitamin c tablets which may help heal the skin and does not cause any side effects.

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.
